managing multiple locations 

Kennards Self Storage Australia and New Zealand required a format for Social Media that enabled management and promotion of 85 locations. With a unique Master / Locations set up through Facebook, I am able to provide their customers an easy way to locate their nearest storage centre. In addition I am able to efficiently post content to multiple pages at the one time at and promote individual locations when needed.

launching a new product 

Using a series of original image and video posts I was able to launch Firebrand BBQ's new Charcoal Chimney to extraordinary reach and engagement via Facebook and Instagram which catapulted sales. Leading up to the official launch I also collaborated with a number of Social Media influencers in the BBQ scene to participate in a trial and create buzz about the new product via their own channels. Newsletters were also sent to the member database for access on the morning of the 'go live' date. Needless to say I am now an avid charcoal Q'r about to acquire my first smoker! 

 
 

 
 

growing online sales using social media 

I regularly utilise Custom and Lookalike audiences to re-target Coola Cozzies' website visitors and find new potential customers with the same traits. I've installed the Facebook Pixel to their website to ensure we can track and report back converted sales as a result of my Social Media Ads. Through a weekly Ad campaign across Facebook and Instagram on a lean budget, I was able to achieve a 2x return on Ad spend consistently over the last 12 months.

My client Catherine Frith is a Kinesiologist and pain relief specialist. She'd never had a website and was quite new to Social Media for her business. I created a new website to showcase her expertise and help rank her in online search results in her local region. I also set up her Facebook account for the business and showed her top tips in posting and managing the page. I assisted in her websites'domain registration, google listing, email configuration and newsletter integration. Finally, I'm in the process of setting up her consultations via Skype to further allow Catherine to expand her business with virtual appointments.

ONLINE SHOP

I was referred to Just Boys, a new start up online clothing business, to set up their Facebook channel.  In doing so I was also asked to assist with their new website using the Shopify platform. I was able to complete the website for them and also integrate all their products into a new Facebook Shop adding another 'path to purchase' for their Social audience. Subsequently I have gone on to become a recognised Shopify Partner, adding a higher level of support for my customers requiring online stores.
